Details
GR-M pairs a miniature read head and tape scale with a precision guide to form a micro-probe: 0.1 μm resolution and repeatability better than 0.5 μm, a direct replacement for inductive gauging heads on automated inspection stations.
The head outputs TTL or 1 Vpp sine signals that reach PLCs or DAQ cards through an interpolator box. Probe force can be customised to avoid marking the workpiece.
